About the course

An in-depth study of the baking methods, baking methods, raw materials and their use, cake baking, display cakes, creams, cupcake desserts.
The lessons are taught in a practical and systematic way, combining a variety of theories with practical experience.

The course is intended for anyone interested in acquiring comprehensive knowledge and specializing in the field.

The course is for men and women in separate groups.

In the course we will learn how to produce, prepare and design bar tables. At the end of the course the students will produce a final project with spectacular design and up-to-date submission modes.

10 Meetings | 5 hours each session
