About the course

In-depth and thorough study of the types of flour, processing methods and kneading all flour and its unique.
Learn about sour cream in several types of flours. Special darts in dough. Each student comes out with breads and lots of theoretical and practical material.

The course is designed for people who are interested in the field and who want to specialize and is also suitable for baking enthusiasts who want to enrich knowledge in the field.

The course is given to women and men in separate groups.

The course will give you knowledge of the raw materials, basic and important principles and proper processing of the dough. Among the topics studied, you will learn how to make basic bread, rolls, traditional challah, making bread from different flours and making sourdough bread.

3 Meetings | Each session is 5 hours long

At the end of the course, a certificate will be given by Chef Shay Ohana
