About the course

In the course you will learn a variety of practical techniques in designing up-to-date fruit trays, seasoning vegetables combined, carving fruit and vegetables, fruit sushi and chocolate.

The course is intended for anyone interested in acquiring comprehensive knowledge and specializing in the field.

The course is for men and women in separate groups.

Designing varied fruit trays, experimenting with a variety of fruits and a variety of practical techniques.
 

8 sessions | Each session is 5 hours long

At the end of the course, a certificate will be given by Chef Shay Ohana
