NICE TO MEET YOU

Shai Ohana, international chef, graduate of the French Culinary Institute NYC, has over 25 years of experience in Israel and around the world. I studied classic French cooking with the chefs of France and specialized in a variety of cuisines: Italian, Asian, Mexican, Moroccan and vegan.

In 2012, I developed a method for professional and comprehensive cooking at international school level, in short time and in small and individual V.I.P groups to assimilate knowledge in the best interpersonal way and to be an emissary to pass the teachings of international cuisine while adhering to Jewish principles. I have since promoted many cooks in the field and accompanied them all the way to their great success.
